For those of you who just stumbled across this blog, and are expecting sailing racing, standby to be disappointed. We have raced this cruising boat, but it is kind of a joke. About all we do on the race course is cast a large wind shadow and make big sweeping turns at the marks. At least we are in comfort.

This is about auto club racing. You can see many of laps at this web site. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8dOjl29iV-E&feature=related Do not know if I can put a site on this blog. If the powers that be zap it out you can see film strips on Youtube under boxer racing at Sebring, Datona and Homestead.

First in qualifying both days. Number 2 in the enduro, despite the worst pit stop ever by anyone. We also won the two sprint races on Sunday. My son the driver says he could get to like Homestead Speedway. Winning is good.

It was hot. Despite an afternoon sea breeze, the temps were in the mid 90’s along with high humidity. Winning does help one endure.
