GRANDDAUGHTER SAILING November 16, 2009

Wahoo, finally got the granddaughter sailing. It was a nice Sunday and my daughter and granddaughter got to do some sailing.

She is 18 months old and beginning to really express her dislikes for certain parts of life. One of those is a life jacket. I tried to talk her into it being a fashion statement, after all she is female. She likes to ham it up in front of a mirror. I pointed out how well it fit, its beautiful color patterns, its expense. She was not swayed. Such is life.

She did enjoy the sail, watching the sails and the water go by. Too bad we did not see any dolphins.
