Yes it is time to do the bright work. I have a 4 day weekend and so far this year has been at least 1 if not 2 days of rain. This weekend was perfect. Temps in the high 70’s to low 80’s. Light wind, at least back in the canal. Perfect for putting on Bristol.

Friday was a sanding day, as was Saturday. Sunday was some sanding, but mostly taping. Monday was it. It was dry for the 4th day and great for Bristol. I started about 7:30 and broke for lunch at 2:30. It was a long day, but looks good. One never knows until day 2. Hope it works.

That took care, we hope, the cap rail and the taft rail. We still have the cockpit to do, but I am getting a new bimmini, and the canvas guy says I must leave up the enclosure. He wants to get good measurements. Me too.
