Friday, heavy rain. Saturday morning and night, heavy rain. Sunday morning rain ended and some blue sky appeared. Went sailing. Can not believe it, that was the first time we got out all month.

We had gentle breezes and only simi-hot. The mate said it was HOT. Hey, its late July. It is suppose to be HOT. It was a very nice sail.

Saturday there was a club raft up at Juana’s. I went by power, Volvo car power. It was only medium attended again do to the weather. We only had 1 sailboat in attendance.

Today I put the awning up for the first time in a month. I am also going to take down the windshield that has been up since the Forth of July. The next couple days we are only going to have 30% chance of rain. That is a normal amount for summertime. Then it goes back to 50%. That means rain. Of course by this weekend we may be getting ready for our first big storm of the season. They can not decide if it is going to get big or go away. That has been the way the forecasts have been all summer. Hopefully it will go away. One of the models had a bulls eye on us. These times are always good for the blood pressure.
